These are in addition to your award mug. Don't forget the awards and badges are funded by the sponsors so that all your entry fee (less any postage) benefits the charities. "

The East Coast Challenge we  can recommend the following:

1. The Reedham Ferry to the north of Beccles is a great way to get from Stalham to Southwold, or vice versa, and avoids Great Yarmouth. Approach via Acle from the north or Hales from the south. Open from 8am - 10pm every day. Cost is £2 and worth every penny.The Ferry Boat Inn is on the north bank.

2. The Quay Shop in Beccles. Biker friendly shop/cafe with tea, coffee and bacon baps. Enter Beccles and follow signs for The Quay.

3. Halfway Cafe at Darsham. Located just on the south side of the A12 level crossing at Darsham. Biker friendly transport cafe.

4. Legends Coffee Shop, Swaffham. Located just off main square featuring an extensive cafe menu using locally sourced food.

5. Daves Fish & Chips, Sheringham. The Restaurant is off the main street near the front next to the takeaway. Daves 2, cafe and takeaway, is opposite the memorial in the main street. Pauls favourite fish & chips !

6. Norfolk Motorcycle Museum, North Walsham, well worth calling in over a 100 motorcycles many unusual makes and models. open 7 days 10am - 4pm Closed Sundays October - Easter. 01692 406266

7, Reads Coffee House, 62-66 High Street Stalham. Great location, biker friendly, super atmosphere and very reasonable prices. Open Mon-Sat, 8.30am - 5.00pm. Go into Stalham past the Tesco garage, turn left into the High Street (one way) at the town sign and Reads is about 300 yards on the left.

Furthest traveled last year door to door was Biker Ted from Nottingham covering 450 miles, but he's now been beaten by Ed Blackeley from Scarborough, Ed covered 541, well done Ed.
